This Chinese American kid Wayne Chiang got into lot of trouble related to the Virgina Tech Massacre. It was five for five. He was Asian, he lived in the dorm, he goes to V Tech, he recently broke up with his girlfriend and he collects guns. The following is what I found on ABC News.
